NEET 2022

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who want to enrol in MBBS programmes must meet all course eligibility requirements. The basic requirements to enrol in an MBBS programme in India are listed here, but the eligibility requirements for admission to different universities vary.
- Candidates must have finished the 10+2 programme in the science stream from an accredited board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as their required subjects.
- For the general category, candidates must have finished their 10+2 coursework with a minimum cumulative mark of at least 50%.
- To be eligible, candidates for the reserved category must have earned at least 40% of their 10+2 grade in the overall exam.
- Age requirements for applicants start at 17 years old.
- Candidates must pass the NEET entrance exam, the results of which guarantee their admission to a college, in order to be considered for admission to prestigious institutions or universities.
- Candidates would also need to go through a counselling session before a document verification.
